How do I mix the serums for a personalized treatment?
Inspired by the Japanese Art of Layering and thanks to our Encapsulated BIYUSEN™ Technology, all our serums can be mixed without any contradiction. You can either (1) use the serum alone, (2) layer the serums on different zones of the face, or (3) mix up to three serums in one single step for a customized and targeted treatment.
Why is it recommended to mix up to three serums only?
All our products go through a rigid and complex testing process by our internal R&D team to guarantee visible results and maximum efficacy. To ensure that the active ingredients have the optimal amount for the best efficacy, we recommend mixing up to three serums. Mixing more than three serums in one time would result in having insufficient active ingredients from each serum to have a satisfactory effect.
How long does it take to see results?
Results are very personal and depend on many factors, including your own skin genetics. Skin reacts differently and the time taken to see final results would vary for every individual.
In general, thanks to our Encapsulated BIYUSEN™ Technology, which aids in faster visible results, you would find that skin is smoother, calmer and more glowy upon usage. We invite you to wait several weeks (at least two cycles of cell renewal) to see the final effects of the product because a cell renewal lasts up to 4 weeks. To initiate a return, please email contact@irenshizen.com with your order number and a photo of your specific item. When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions about the return shipping process; how and where to send your package. We take about ten business days to process your exchange or refund from our receipt of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect on the transaction.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or arrived different from your placed order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve them as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns if you enjoyed a clearance sale discount on any of our items or got yourself a gift card. We also do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Exchanges

Refunds

Lost / damaged returns
