FAQ
What skin concerns do they target?
The powder wash targets oily, congested, or dull skin by deep-cleaning pores and brightening texture. It’s recommended for oiliness, dullness, and clogged pores (i.e.oiliness, dullness, clogged pores). The serum targets acne-prone skin: it treats existing blemishes, reduces redness, and helps prevent future breakouts. Both also hydrate and respect the skin barrier during use.
Which skin types and concerns are they suitable for?
Yes, the charging point is waterproof which means you can use SKIN GENIE PRO in the shower in the cleansing mode. The massage mode can't be used in the shower. Do not use the device in massage mode if it has been submerged in water. SKIN GENIE PRO should be completely dry before activating the massage function. Make sure the device is completely dry before charging and do use it while charging. Once you are done using your device, store it in a dry area. Do not leave the device submerged in water.
How does the powder hold up in humidity, and how should I store them?
The powder wash is specially engineered for humid climates: a water-repelling shield of corn starch and silica keeps the powder clump-free even at 90% humidity. Store both products in a cool, dry place with the caps closed. Because they use minimal water, they have a long shelf life. (The serum should be kept away from heat/light as usual.) No special refrigeration needed.
How do I use them together?
Use the powder wash first:Wet your face, dispense a small scoop of powder into wet hands, add a little water and lather into a creamy foam, massage over face, then rinse.Then apply the serum:After patting skin dry (or on damp skin), use 3–4 drops of CLEARER DAYS serum on face and neck, gently patting it in. Follow with your moisturizer and, if daytime, SPF. This can be donemorning and night.
Can I use them every day?
Yes. The enzyme powder wash is designed for daily use. Because it exfoliates with enzymes (not harsh scrubs), it is milder and suitable for both AM and PM cleansing. If you have very sensitive skin, you might start by using it once daily or every other day and then build up. The serum is also intended for daily use twice a day (morning and evening) to control oil and acne.
Can I layer these with retinol, AHA/BHA, or Vitamin C?
- Exfoliants (AHA/BHA/Scrubs): Because the powder wash already exfoliates with enzymes, avoid stacking multiple strong exfoliants at once. Don’t use high-strength AHAs/BHAs or scrubs simultaneously with it.
- Retinol: If you use retinoids, try using the powder wash in the AM and your retinol at PM to prevent over-exfoliation.
- Vitamin C: Niacinamide in the serum is generally compatible with Vitamin C. Modern sources confirm you can safely use Vitamin C and Niacinamide together. If you use a potent Vitamin C product, you could use one in the AM and niacinamide serum at PM as well. In summary: space out actives to minimize irritation; alternating morning/evening is a good strategy.
Do I need to double-cleanse with an oil cleanser?
If you wear heavy makeup, sunscreen or waterproof products, an oil-based first cleanse is recommended. Use the oil cleanser first to remove makeup, then follow with the START AFRESH powder wash as your second cleanse. Otherwise, if you have light makeup/none, the powder wash alone suffices for daily cleansing.
What should I do after cleansing?
After rinsing off the powder wash, pat your skin dry and proceed with the rest of your skincare. Apply toner or essence if you use one, then the CLEARER DAYS serum on face and neck. Finish with a moisturizer. In the morning, always follow with a broad-spectrum SPF. The enzyme wash readies skin to absorb subsequent products.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you (the Purchaser) have fourteen (14) days to notify IKEDA GROUP of your wish to withdraw from the purchase. This time limit runs from the day on which the order is received.
To initiate a return, please email contact@irenshizen.eu with your order number and a photo of your specific item. When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions about the return shipping process; how and where to send your package. We take about ten business days to process your exchange or refund from our receipt of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect on the transaction.
After we received your first requesting a return and it has been accepted you must then return the Product(s) in its/their original packaging, at you own cost, within fourteen (14) days at the latest from notification of its decision to return the product, to the following address: Ikeda Group C/O ShipBob, Inc Dirk Verheulweg 150 - 158 2742 JR Waddinxveen, Netherlands. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or rest day, it will be extended to the next working day. For health and safety reasons, and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, Products that have been opened by the Purchaser after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
If the above-mentioned conditions are met, IKEDA GROUP will refund you for all the sums paid as soon as possible and within a period of fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date on which IKEDA GROUP was informed of your decision to return the product. IKEDA GROUP reserves the right to defer the refund until the Product(s) has been received. The initial delivery charges are included, with the exception of the return charges, which are paid by the Purchaser.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or arrived different from your placed order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve them as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns if you enjoyed a clearance sale discount on any of our items or got yourself a gift card. We also do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.

Exchanges
A speedy exchange is possible; as soon as you request to return the item you have. Once we have processed and accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want right away
Refunds
You will be notified once your refund is approved, only after we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved, you will automatically be refunded in full amount on your original payment method, excluding shipping and taxes incurred. Do allow a few days for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.
Lost / damaged returns
We recommend that you insure your parcels and return the items via registered post. This will ensure you do not risk lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure them.
