Where do I check my Reward Points balance?
If you're already a member, just log in and visit "Rewards" tab in your account to see your Reward Points.
How do I earn Reward Points?
There are many exciting ways to earn Reward Points and help you unlock the Gold Club Level.
- When creating an new account, you will receive 500 Reward Points
- Green member will receive 5 Reward Points for every $1 spent and 10 Reward Points on birthday purchases
- Gold member will receive 7.5 Reward Points for every $1 spent and 15 Reward Points on birthday purchases
- For each verified purchase review (limited to 1 review per product), you will earn 500 Reward Points
- By subscribing to our SMS notification, you will receive 300 Reward Points
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
First, log in to your account and click on the ‘Rewards’ tab. Once you selected your reward, add it to your bag and checkout. Gold Members can also use their Reward Points to redeem a full-sized product from the selected items. If you are redeeming a product, the item will automatically be added to your card.
Do my Reward Points expire?
All points earned are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
What happens to my Reward Points if I make a return?
Unfortunately, when you return an item, you will lose the Reward Points you earned when buying the item which you want to return.
How can I become a Gold Club member?
To unlock GOLD level, spend more than $1,500 in a rolling calendar year when making purchases on our online store. As a welcome gift, you'll receive 1000 Reward Points when you become a Gold Club member!
What are the benefits of Gold Club member?
You will earn more Reward Points for every $1 spent at our store. You'll also receive 20% voucher on your birthday, and exclusive early access to new product launches. Lastly, you can redeem full-sized products using your Reward Points.
When does my Gold Club level expire?
Your Club level will be maintained for a 12 months period. If you do not meet your spending threshold after a rolling year from the date of upgrade, you will be automatically moved into the Green Club level.
