Mochi Skin Program Terms and Conditions
The subscription program enables you to make purchase of your favourite IREN Shizen serums on a monthly subscription basis.
1. Mochi Skin Program
- Subscribe and receive two IREN Shizen custom serums on a monthly basis during the subscription period at $169 for the 1st 4 months.
- In the first month, the package will also include a new Skin Genie Pro worth $168.
- From the 5th month, you will enjoy the subscription of two IREN Shizen serums at $99 instead of the usual $169.
- The subscription plan discounts and offers are valid until the day of end of subscription. Discount and promotion will not be applicable upon termination of subscription.
- Discount and/promotion is not applicable to be combined with any other offers, discounts or loyalty points.
- This plan will be automatically prepaid for each month (unless it is cancelled) and are non-refundable; your billing cycle begins after your first subscribed purchase on the payment page.
- Charges will be deducted from your credit card monthly.
- Deduction of monthly prepayment will be automated. It’s recommended for you to monitor your next billing date.
Cancellation of plan will take effect immediately. - IREN Shizen reserves the right to make changes to your plan at any time. Users will be notified at least 1 billing cycle in advance through email.
- IREN Shizen reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this subscription plan at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
2. Subscription Pricing
First 4 months:
- $99 / month (billed monthly) for the first 4 months

5th Month Onwards
- $76 / month (billed monthly)
- What you get? 2 custom serums per month
3. Payment
- Payment will be deducted on a monthly basis prior to the delivery of the current month subscription.
- Deduction of the monthly payment will be via the same credit card used for the initial payment.
- You can modify or cancel your subscription after the 4th month via your account page at irenshizen.com
- Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
- Billing of your credit card will occur on the day you sign up on every month.
4. Refunds
- Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered by the company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the company.
