SMART CLEANSING
1. Apply cleanser onto the face, rinse the SKIN GENIE PRO device in water and turn on the device by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds. Select green mode for the massager function.
2. Choose a suitable speed by adjusting the high and low buttons. Use the side with bristles and massage outwards in circular motions for 30 seconds on each side of the face.
3. Rinse your face with water, pat dry, and continue with your skincare routine.
SMART LED LIGHT THERAPY
1.Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Choose the light mode by pressing the on button again.
2. Use the side with LED light and apply it to the face. Target each area for 4 minutes, then move to the next area. The SKIN GENIE PRO device will automatically switch off after 4 minutes so you know it is time to move on to the next area.
3. Continue with your skincare routine after the treatment.

Do I have to mix the different serums?
Not a must, but it is highly recommended. The serums can be used alone, layered or mixed up to 3 serums. It is possible to mixl 3 of them in one single step for the complete Japanese personalised skincare ritual experience.

Why is it advisable to mix up to 3 serums only?
We have performed countless tests to determine the optimal amount of active ingredients needed to have the best results. Adding more serum to the mix will mean that the amount of active ingredients in each serum will be too little to have a good effect on the skin.
How often do I need to use the serums before I see the result?

When your return is accepted, you will receive instructions about the return shipping process; how and where to send your package. We take about ten business days to process your exchange or refund from our receipt of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Your financial institution may take some time to reflect on the transaction.
Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or arrived different from your placed order. We will evaluate the issue and resolve them as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns if you enjoyed a clearance sale discount on any of our items or got yourself a gift card. We also do not accept returns for items purchased from our stockists.
